Welcome to MyFloridaMarketPlace(MFMP) Web Based Approver Training!

MyFloridaMarketPlace(MFMP) is an Internet-based purchasing system that provides buyers in Florida's agencies access to on-line catalogs and information about vendors that offer goods and services to the State.

Prior to accessing and using the MFMP System, training is required.

This Approver Training is designed for DEP employees who are responsible for approving the acquisition of goods and services initiated by DEP Buyers, and who will also have the authority to review/approve purchases made through MFMP as requested by other system users.

Upon completion of Approver Training you will be issued a user manual and a user name and password which is required to access the MFMP System. Each of the topics in the training module must be satisfactorily completed and verification must be submitted as provided in the instructions at the end of the training course.

This is an automated training program and the screens in each topic will update automatically. However, you may control the operation of the training session by use of the control buttons at the bottom of the screen. Through the use of these buttons, you may perform the following operations:

• Rewind - Go back to the beginning of the training topic.

• Back - Go back 1 page.

• Play - Begin the session after a pause.

• Pause - Freeze the screen in place for longer viewing.

• Forward - Go to the next screen.

• Exit - Exit the topic and go back the Approver Training main screen.
