Bureau of Air Regulation (BAR) Employee of the Quarter

Bruce Mitchell has been with the Department since 1981. During his tenure he has been extremely helpful to our district offices in co-reviewing difficult applications for the pulp and paper industry. During this past year, Bruce handled the most permit applications for his section and also assisted the Title V permitting section with Title V fee reviews. His efforts are appreciated.
