SIP Submittal for Revisions to Rule 62-210.700, F.A.C.

Final Submittal of Proposed Revision to Florida’s SIP - Excess Emissions Rule 62-210.700, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C).

On November 22, 2016, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) submitted a proposed revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as required by the federal Clean Air Act.  DEP has requested that EPA revise Florida's SIP to include revisions to Rule 62-210.700, F.A.C., Excess Emissions, effective October 23, 2016. These revisions are intended to meet the legal requirements of the EPA's Notice of Final Rule published in the Federal Register on June 12, 2015 (80 FR 33840).
