AOR Submittal Search


Search to find out whether your Electronic Annual Operating Report (AOR) submittal file and signature page was received by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. 

To start a search, enter requested values in the fields provided below.

     Facility ID:           

     Beginning Date:      Ending Date: 
     Four Digit Year:                               

  • Enter the Facility ID, if known.

  • To search for a specific submittal day enter the date in the Beginning Date or Ending Date fields (only one entry is necessary). 

  • To search for a submittal date range enter the Beginning Date and Ending Date fields (i.e. FROM 2/1/2007 TO 2/15/2007). 

  • To search by the reporting year of your AOR enter a four digit year in the Year field.
