EPA's Greenhouse Gas Regulations
As of January 2, 2011, U.S. EPA will be implementing
greenhouse gas permitting for the state of Florida. Florida DEP's Division
of Air Resource Management will maintain permitting responsibilities for all
other regulated air pollutants.
