Title V Core List,

The Title V Core List is
meant to simplify the completion of the "List of Applicable Regulations" for DEP
Form No. 62-210.900(1), Application for Air Permit - Long Form. The Title V
Core List is a list of rules to which all Title V Sources are presumptively
subject. The Title V Core List may be referenced in its entirety, or with
specific exceptions. The Department may periodically update the Title V Core
List
