The Division of Air Resource Management has created the following electronic
products (e-Products) and electronic reports (eReports), therefore offering our users rapid, secure self-service access and
submission of certain Air Resource Management data:
Electronic Annual Operating Report
(EAOR)
EAOR provides industrial facility owners / operators the ability to create and
submit the Annual Operating Report electronically.
Electronic Permit Submittal
and Processing System (EPSAP)
EPSAP provides industrial facility owners / operators the
ability to submit permit applications electronically.
e-Reports
Air
Compliance and Enforcement Search(ACES)
ACES provides public access to compliance and enforcement data for
sources of air pollution across the state. ACES summarizes how many
inspections were performed, what violations were found, what penalties
were assessed and whether the source is currently in compliance.
Search AOR Submittals
Search Annual Operating Report (AOR) submittal files by date range or by submittal year.
Air Permit Document Search
Download zipped copies of permit document
files for Air facilities.
