The Division of Air Resource Management has adopted changes to the Annual Operating Report. New reporting requirements will apply to the year-2008 report, including separate reporting of summer season data and new requirements for reporting air toxics data. Search to find out whether your Electronic Annual Operating Report (AOR) submittal file and signature page was received by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

To start a search, enter requested values in the fields provided below.

Enter the Facility ID, if known.

To search for a specific submittal day enter the date in the Beginning Date or Ending Date fields (only one entry is necessary).

To search for a submittal date range enter the Beginning Date and Ending Date fields (i.e. FROM 2/1/2007 TO 2/15/2007).

To search by the reporting year of your AOR enter a four digit year in the Year field.
