Get a Hardcopy AOR:

This will provide you with a partially pre-filled hardcopy AOR form.

• EAOR Manual - An updated manual for EAOR. Appendix B of this manual contains the instructions for DEP Form 62-210.900(5). We strongly recommend you print a copy of this document and follow it while using the program to complete your AOR.
