Title V Annual Emissions Fee On-line Information Center

The following information is available to assist in completing the Annual Emissions fee form and submitting the appropriate fee. Please view the “2007 Annual Fee Information letter” and read the information contained in it carefully. After reading the information letter, view the remaining documents to access the necessary forms and information. The applicable fee factor for calendar year 2007 emissions is $25/ton. Please note that although the fee form says that if the Department has not received the fee payment by March 1st, the Department shall impose, in addition to the fee penalty of 50 percent of the amount of the unpaid fee, plus interest on such amount, it should actually read ‘if the fee payment is not postmarked by March 1st, the Department shall impose, in addition to the fee penalty of 50 percent of the amount of the unpaid fee, plus interest on such amount.

The interest for the year 2008 as established pursuant to Section 55.03, Florida Statutes, has been set at 11.0% per annum.
