Public Hearing – The
purpose of the
public hearing is to
receive comments on DEP’s proposal to
submit to the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA), as a revision
to Florida’s State Implementation Plan
(SIP) under the Clean Air Act, a
Regional Haze Plan as required pursuant
to sections 169A and 169B of the Act and
EPA regulations at 40 C.F.R. 51.308.
Written comments may also be submitted.
