Draft Lake Jesup TMDL (draft dated 6-29-2005)
The Department extends an invitation to members of the working group
to provide an informal review on the
Draft Lake Jesup
TMDL document before DEP holds a public workshop on the Lake
Jesup TMDL. DEP would like to receive comments by July 27, but
preferably before that date.
Please review the
Draft Lake Jesup
TMDL document and provide comments to
) on TMDLs for Lake Jesup,
Crane Strand, Crane Strand Drain, and Long Branch. A notice of the
Department’s intent to initiate rule making was published in the
July 8, 2005 edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly. Here is
a
copy. A second notice will be published at a later date that
contains details about the time and place of the public workshop.
