Objectives
- Review purpose of and process for reviewing Site Management Plans.
- Present current draft of Site Management Plan, with a focus on issues and objectives.
- Receive feedback from the public on current draft of Site Management Plans.

6:00 - Official Welcome and Meeting Introduction
6:10 - GTM Research Reserve Management Plan Presentation, Mike Shirley
Short presentation that describes the management area's boundaries, identified
issues and proposed objectives and activities.
6:20 Public Comment and Stakeholder Feedback, Mark Amaral
Provide your written and verbal feedback directly to CAMA by visiting the kiosks that
are manned by staff members. There will be five kiosks, one for each issue area.
Participants who wish to make a public statement will be asked to sign a "speakers
list" posted at the front of room. Note: Comments must be provided in writing for
inclusion in the written meeting summary.
7:15 - Kiosks Reports
CAMA staff provides a summary of the comments they received at their kiosk.
7:30 - Public Comment, M. Amaral
An opportunity for those participants that signed the "speakers list" to make a public
statement to the full assembly. Those that signed the list will be given up to
three-minutes to make their statement. Note: Comments must be provided in writing for
inclusion in the written meeting summary.
