The Department is proposing rule amendments to chapter 62-16 to allow for the implementation of an online application system for the Solar Energy Systems Incentives Program, as well as clarify requirements for the Renewable Energy Technologies Grants Programs and Tax Credits. The amendments will also update the rules to include anticipated new statutory requirements for the program.
