First ‘Three Palm’ Designation

hands on computer keyboard

Florida Green Lodging Program reached a new shade of green in designating its first Three Palm property, the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs. The Three Palm designation is the highest achievement in the program and recognizes continuing and increased energy conservation and pollution prevention measures. To receive the Three Palm designation, hotels must have maintained Two Palm designation and demonstrated continual improvement for three consecutive years. A facility must continue to maintain or improve on their commitment to environmental protection in order to maintain Three Palm designation.
