Public Land Administration -  Asset Management Section 

 

  • Identifies Board of Trustees' land not needed for public purposes and brings it through the surplusing process.

  • Markets and sells surplus lands.

     

  • Maintains, Markets, and sells property forfeited to the state pursuant to RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization act) and     Murphy acts.

  • Markets and sells RICO and Murphy act property when economically feasible.

  • Administers private leases, easements, and use agreements.

  • Facilitates the leasing of state-owned oil & gas rights.
