Identifies Board of Trustees' land not needed for public purposes
and brings it through the surplusing process.
Markets and sells surplus lands.
Maintains, Markets, and sells property forfeited to the state
pursuant to RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization act) and Murphy acts.
Markets and sells RICO and Murphy act property when economically
feasible.
Administers private leases, easements, and use agreements.
Facilitates the leasing of state-owned oil & gas rights.
