On July 11, 2005, Department of Environmental Protection
(DEP) Secretary Colleen M. Castille signed an Emergency Final
Order covering nine counties impacted by Hurricane Dennis. The
Order provides relief from certain regulatory requirements to
accelerate restoration in areas damaged by the storm.
