Florida Emergency Operations Center Activation Level Change

~Move from full activation (Level 1) back to partial level (Level 2)~

TALLAHASSEE Effective 7 p.m. eastern today, the Florida State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) in Tallahassee will return to a Level 2, or partial activation level, with primary hours of service from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

The Florida Emergency Information Line will cease operation at 6 p.m. today for the Tropical Storm Ernesto event.

There are no formal media briefings scheduled at this time for Thursday.

Select support operations and the State Warning Point will continue to operate a 24-hour monitoring and notification system servicing Floridas 67 counties.
