help businesses achieve their environmental goals.
- Clean Marina Program
The Clean Marina Program is designed to bring awareness to marine
facilities and boaters regarding local, state and federal laws and rules
in Florida's waterways. Marinas and boatyards receive Clean Marina
designation status by demonstrating their continued commitment to
protecting Florida’s water and marine life.
- Compliance and Enforcement
The information on this site provides information about our compliance and enforcement
policies and data.
- Florida Green Lodging Program
The Florida Green Lodging Program was established in 2004 by the Florida
Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) with the intent of recognizing and
rewarding environmentally conscientious lodging facilities in the state. Through this
rapidly growing program DEP encourages the lodging industry to conserve and protect
Florida’s natural resources. The Florida Green Lodging Program is unique in that
it covers an all-inclusive list of environmental initiatives that are specific to the
Florida environment.
- Green Yards Program
The Green Yards Program was developed by the Department of Environmental Protection in
cooperation with the Florida Auto Dismantlers and Recyclers Association. The program
encourages automotive recyclers to use best management practices to help protect
Florida’s environment.

Small Business Assistance Program
The Small Business Environmental Assistance Program was established by
Title V of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. The program provides
technical and regulatory assistance to small businesses ranging from
free and confidential consultations to referrals to other environmental
programs.
