Assurance Section
The Compliance Assurance Section ensures that all facilities comply with their
permits and all applicable State rules and regulations.
Geologists are responsible for the
review of ground water monitoring plans and ground water quality data which
is used to assess the extent and nature of a facility's impact on ground
water. A sophisticated ground water protection program based on ground water
classifications, water quality standards, and monitoring regulations
protects these precious resources.
