The Division Administrative Services is responsible for the department's personnel, grants, budget, accounting, safety program, procurement, mailroom, printing, and other support services. Administrative Services contains four bureaus: Personnel Services, Finance and Accounting, Budget & Planning, and General Services.  The Office of Safety and Loss Control Management and the Office of Facilities Management are offices within the Director's Office.
 

OUR MISSION:
The Division shall promote the efficient and effective operation of the Agency consistent with its Administrative and statutory responsibilities.

The Division of Administrative Services provides centralized support services including:

• Budget, strategic planning and grant administration

• Personnel administration and services

• Financial and payroll processing

• Purchasing, property management, mail delivery, duplicating and printing, contracts administration

• Facilities, services and safety programs

• Staff development and training

• Computer & Technical Services

• Department & Program Directives and Administrative Forms
