The Mission of the Project Management Office (PMO) is to increase the Department of Environmental Protection’s effectiveness and the value of the services it provides by driving continuous and measurable improvement through the deployment of best practices and lessons learned in information technology (IT) projects executed by the agency.

The PMO maintains a SharePoint site containing materials related to Project Management practices at DEP, including guides, templates and samples (Toolkit).
