Florida State Parks Reopen Along Panhandle Following Hurricane Dennis

TALLAHASSEE – The Department of Environmental Protection today announced the re-opening of another five state parks just three days after Hurricane Dennis impacted Florida. Six state parks in the Florida panhandle remain closed.

Northwest Florida State Parks that opened today include:

Deer Lake State Park
357 Main Park Road
Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459

Grayton Beach State Park
357 Main Park Road
Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459

Henderson Beach State Park
17000 Emerald Coast Parkway
Destin, Florida 32541

St. Andrews State Park
4607 State Park Lane
Panama City, Florida 32408

St. Joseph Peninsula State Park
8899 Cape San Blas Road
Port St. Joe, Florida 32456
