Under the various Siting Acts, the
approval is known as "Certification", and the licensing provisos or
restrictions are known as Conditions of Certification.
Eventually all of the Conditions will be converted to .pdf format and
require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader Software (see left side bar) to open
and save. The listing is in the order
of the Siting Case Number (see second column).
Note: There may be errors
derived from translation into electronic mode. For an official version of
the Conditions, you MUST consult with the Siting Coordination
Office.
