The Southeast District Water Facilities Department oversees regulation, including permitting, compliance and enforcement, of drinking water, domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater facilities, and underground injection wells.

 

Sections Within the Water Facilities Management Program

Certain functions of the Water Facilities Management Program are delegated to county environmental agencies.  This means that the local environmental agency has the lead responsibility and oversight of delegated programs. Click here for a list of the delegated local programs within the Southeast District.
