Anyone in the process of treating, storing, or disposing of
Hazardous Waste in the State of Florida must have a Permit. A copy of an
application is provided below. The hazardous waste staff would suggest a
pre-application meeting to discuss hazardous waste permit application
requirements if a hazardous waste permit is being sought.
