The following is merely a list of contractors who have met the minimum statutory requirements for conducting work in the State of Florida's petroleum clean up preapproval program. This law, contained in Section 376.30711(2), Florida Statutes, primarily contain basic insurance, licensing and OSHA requirements.

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection makes no endorsements of any contractor and does not make any statement regarding the quality of the work performed by these contractors. The Department strongly encourages individuals to investigate several contractors' past record for both petroleum assessment and remediation as well as check references before making a selection. Additionally, property owners or other responsible parties may request that the State of Florida select a contractor to conduct the preapproval work.
