CDF Switching in LSSI

Effective immediately, CDF switches will not be allowed in LSSI unless the Owner/RP has changed for that facility. Once the CDF process has been completed and a proposal has been submitted, the site is assigned to a site manager and enters the queue based on when the proposal was received by the Department. Allowing a switch prior to work order initiation interrupts addressing a facility in a timely manner. A future proposal by a new contractor does not take the initial proposal’s place in line but, instead, is placed in the queue based on when it was submitted by the new Contractor and received by the Department.

Example of False Representation

People have reported getting letters from this company claiming to be representing DEP. Don’t be Misled! This company does not represent us and is currently not qualified to conduct state-funded preapproval work. If anyone wants to know the actual requirements and procedures for the LSSI and SCS programs, please review items on this web page or contact Roger W. Rook at (850) 245-8822.
