NOTE: Many files are quite large. It is recommended that you download the file(s) to your hard drive before opening.
(1) In Internet Explorer, place your cursor over the name of the file you want to download. Right click on
your mouse. A window will pop up. Select
"Save Target As". You will be given
the option to save the file to a folder on your
personal system. Select a folder and click save.
Now the file is available directly from your system.
(2) In Netscape Navigator, place your cursor over the name
of the file you want to download. Right click on
your mouse. A window will pop up. Select
"Open in New Window". You will be
given the option to save the file to disk on your
personal system. Select it and click ok.
Select a folder and click save. Now the file is
available directly from your system.

If you are having

For example, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security - and set the Internet zone to Medium level.
