C&D Liner and Other Technical Changes to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C.

The 2010 Legislature made changes to Chapter 403, F.S. involving liner requirements for C&D debris disposal facilities that require updating in Chapter 62-701, F.A.C. Permission to initiate rulemaking for this new rule effort was granted on July 16, 2010. The Department intends to make changes to Chapter 62-701 to conform to the new law and to address a few other technical updates that are needed. Information associated with these changes is posted below.
