Proof of financial assurance in the form of a letter of credit, surety bond, standby trust fund agreement, trust fund agreement, closure insurance, financial test or corporate guarantee shall be submitted on DEP forms.

Note: If letter of credit or bond is used, a standby trust fund agreement [Form 62-701.900(5)(h)] is also needed.
