A VCTC rule workshop was held Tuesday, August 26, 2008 to incorporate the statutory
changes to Section 376.30781, F.S., that were adopted in July 2008. Since we are
currently in the rulemaking process for Chapter 62-788, F.A.C., please reference
and use the draft Chapter 62-788 rule, rule form (Draft VCTC Application), and
referenced guidelines, dated August 26, 2008, that are located below.
