Finding Information of Interest

Let's say you are interested in finding out information on the water systems in Dade County. Note from the table below that Dade County is in DEP District 4 and its county number is 13. Download the file for District 4 (link next to county name) and import it into a spreadsheet. Since you are interested in only Dade County, you will be looking for all the files whose PWS IDs begin with 413. (NOTE: Some counties lie in two DEP districts. If you are interested in finding information on water systems in Marion county, you will have to download the files for Districts 3 and 6. Import the files into a spread sheet and look for waters systems with the PWS IDs beginning with 342 and 642.)

Downloading the Reports

The reports are divided up by DEP district. The size of the files is shown in parentheses. Each file is in MS Excel format. If you know which district report you need, use the bulleted list below.  Otherwise, choose from the county list.   Reports reflect the status of public water systems as of September 15, 2008.
