• Information on the Operator Certification Program can be obtained from DEP's Office of Operator Certification.

• Information on the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program can be obtained from DEP'S Bureau of Water Facilities Funding.

• U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Drinking Water Hotline attempts to answer questions from any person on drinking water issues. Call 800-426-4791. You can also send in questions by e-mail.
• American Water Works Association's Small Utility Network provides help to small systems. The Association also operates a toll-free information support hotline. It is a quick reference for small systems on any management or operations related topic. The service is provided free. Call Joe McDonald at 800-366-0107.
