Note: On March 9, 2006, revisions to Chapter 62-610, F.A.C, became effective. The revisions included the creation of Rule 62-610.300(4)(c), F.A.C. The new rule states that the results of the annual scans are to be reported on the DMR forms. Facilities with current permit conditions requiring the use of Form 62-620.910(15), may continue to use this form until the new DMR is incorporated into their permit, or they can choose to report the full list of parameters using the new DMR. Form 62-620.910(15) will not be updated. It will eventually cease to have any applicability and all references to this form will be removed from Department Rules.
