Traveled, et al. v. Fla. Dep’t of Envtl. Prot.; DOAH Case No.
07-4767RX). This Petition was filed pursuant to Sections 120.56(3)
and (4), Florida Statutes. The rule development will address rule
provisions relating to coastal armoring and vulnerability. |
