During the development of the conceptual design handbook, a number of issues arose that need further data collection, analysis, or evaluation. Additionally, it is anticipated that issues will arise during the review of the conceptual handbook by the TAC members. To help address these issues, work teams consisting of staff from DEP and the WMDs, along with DEP contractors, have been formed.
