Where can I find information on Florida’s air rules, including rule development projects, guidance, and related information?

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has adopted rules in the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) for the control of air pollutant emissions in the state. These rules are updated frequently through regulatory projects that offer opportunities for public participation.

Where can I find the regulatory forms I need?

All air regulatory forms are available for download in Word or PDF format.  Electronic versions of several of the forms are available, and DEP encourages their use.  Each form is identified by its rule number.

The legal authority for Florida’s air resource management program is embodied in the Florida Statutes (F.S.) and the federal Clean Air Act.
