The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has adopted rules in the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) for the control of air pollutant emissions in the state. These rules are updated frequently
through regulatory projects that offer opportunities for public participation.

Where can I find the regulatory forms I need?
All air regulatory forms are available for download
in Word or PDF format. Electronic versions of
several of the forms are available, and DEP
encourages their use. Each form is identified
by its rule number.
