Aquifer Protection Program Contact Information

The Aquifer Protection Program for Underground Injection Control located in the DEP headquarters in Tallahassee is responsible for writing rules, developing policy, managing funds, providing training and data management, managing special initiatives, and permitting Class I and major Class V injection wells. Other Class V injection wells are permitted by the six DEP district offices.
